Burrs
Steel conical burrs with a diameter of 40 mm produce from 3.5 to 5.5 g /s of ground coffee with a reduced amount of fines (depending on the grind setting). The cleaning procedure is very simple due to the ease of installation and removal of the burrs.
Grind adjustment
The Sette 270 provides 30 macro adjustments and stepless micro adjustment based on 9 indicators for greater control. First, the grind size is selected with a macro scale, and then the micro-adjustment helps to make the recipe as perfect as possible. A wide range of grind size options allows you to brew delicious espresso, as well as use manual methods or pour over: drip coffee, aeropress, Chemex.
Design and operation
The coffee grinder is equipped with a control panel with 3 buttons and an LCD screen. The right amount can be easily programmed by adjusting the grinding time. After setting the desired amount, simply press the start button and the grinder will automatically start preparing the required dosage.
The universal holder performs another useful function. It can be used to attach a portafilter or one of the popular brewing devices (v60, Clever or Able Kone) while the burrs are working. The ability to discharge ground coffee directly into these units makes working with the Sette 270 even faster and more enjoyable.
