DELIVERY
Orders are processed no later than the next business day. In the cost of orders from 150 GEL free shipping is always included. We offer standard delivery options ( to the point of issue) and home delivery (courier service).
We are not responsible for and have no control over any additional costs.
RETURN
Returns are made within 14 days of delivery of the order. Items must remain unused and in their original condition for a full refund.
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer if the customer does not receive the defective product.
In the event of a return, we will refund the original order value in EUR. Unless otherwise stated, we will not reimburse any additional costs (initial shipping costs, banking costs, etc.).
