Sourced from over 600 smallholder farmers at the Rumudamo Washing Station in the high-altitude Arbegona district, Lemon Squeeze showcases everything we love about a pristine washed Ethiopian coffee. Grown at a soaring 2,300 meters, this lot offers exceptional clarity and a vividly bright structure. 

Rumudamo Washing station has won multiple Cup Of Excellence-prizes and is managed by the famous Dukamo family.

Meticulous Washed Process

Upon arrival at the station, the cherries are floated, pulped, and undergo a precise 48-hour wet fermentation. They are then rigorously washed and slow-dried on African beds, locking in the brilliant floral and citrus aromatics the region is famous for.
