Pacamara is a large-bean hybrid variety prized for its complex cup profile, combining rich body with lively acidity and pronounced sweetness. The advanced washed process adds an extra layer of refinement to this already exceptional coffee. This coffee has been used twice by Jack Simpson, notably to win the world championships in 2025.
