We give buyers 14 days to return an item. If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the parcel, then, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange of the purchased goods.
Please note that you can only return items that have not been used and are in the same condition in which you received them. In addition, all products are accepted for return only in the original packaging.

When sending goods worth more than 150 GEL, we strongly recommend using parcels with the possibility of tracking and insuring the shipment. We cannot guarantee receiving of returned goods.
