2. Can I pay my order to the courier? Yes. Our couriers accept cash and card payments.
3. Can you make a waybill and/or invoice for my company? Yes, for B2B purchases we always make a waybill and invoice for the company.
4. How long does it take to process and ship orders? For the orders made during the shop opening time, we will process and deliver them in Tbilisi on the same day. Delivery to other regions (Batumi, Kutaisi, Telavi and other cities and towns) takes usually 1-4 days. All orders made during the shop opening time are processed the same day.
5. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship our products internationally. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please contact us via chat or call us to find out more about the options for international shipping.

9. Are your coffee equipment products covered by a warranty? Yes, we offer warranties on select coffee equipment. The duration and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the product description or contact our support team for more information.
10. How can I track my order? Unfortunately, right now we do not offer tracking for domestic orders. Our logistics partner is working hard to get it happen soon. If you want your order to be tracked, please let us know and we will send it via Georgian Post.
11. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. They will do their best to assist you.
