FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION: BALANCED, LIQUORICE, ALMOND FLAVOUR
The Peru Single Origin coffee from ROST comes from the Cajamarca region. The coffee is so called OMNI-roast which means it can be brewed as a filter coffee or as an espresso (we always encourage you to try different coffees using different methods - you may find completely new and surprising flavour experiences :) As a filter coffee, Peru brings out the pure chocolate flavour with a fruity aftertaste. The coffee is Fair Trade and Organic certified.
Peru aka. "Pertsa" is one of favourite coffees from ROST and from Peru. The coffee's acidity and sweetness are in perfect harmony, the flavour is accentuated by liquorice and the aftertaste has a hint of almond. In other words, it is a timeless classic, suitable for fine and dignified moments, when you expect an espresso to offer an interesting taste journey with surprising nuances. However, its balanced nature makes it approachable.
