The Process
Unlike most decafs, this one is decaffeinated right where it's grown, using a gentle, natural method:
- ๐ง Washed โ The coffee is first processed as a classic washed lot
- โจ๏ธ Warm-water soaks โ The beans are immersed twice in 40ยฐC water for four hours each
- ๐ Natural solvent โ A 24-hour soak in a solvent made from coffee pulp and husk draws out the caffeine
- โ๏ธ Rinse & dry โ Washed again and dried for about five days

Juicy raspberry leads, followed by a fresh, herbal rosemary note and a soft honey sweetness. Bright, clean and surprisingly vibrant โ the kind of decaf you'll want to drink any time of day.
