Manual coffee grinder Comandante C40 MK4 Nitro BladeΒ is a new version of one of the best coffee grinders in the world. The coffee grinder offers a wide range of grind settings, stable performance and beautiful design using high quality materials.
The MK4 version includes several updates:
- New body shape and material - more durable, with more capacity and no more beans stuck inside.
- Each grinder comes with 2 ground coffee containers: 1 x brown glass and 1 x clear polymer. Polymer is light, strong and can be used as a cup, too
- Recycled packaging with improved protection ensures that the grinder reaches you safe and sound
The choice of burr material is a unique result of targeted research and development. The burrs are made of stainless steel reinforced with nitrogen. High nitrogen martensitic steel is extremely difficult to machine, but when finished it is strong, wear resistant and has a high edge retention. Nitro Blade burrs provide extremely smooth and even grinding.
Grind size is adjusted by turning the knob located below the burrs. The resulting ground coffee is suitable for both alternative brewing methods and espresso, making the Comandante unique compared to other manual coffee grinders. In addition, due to their physical and chemical properties, the burrs are neutral in terms of their influence on the taste of coffee.
The use of high-quality materials in the design increases reliability and comfort of use. The body of the coffee grinder is made of stainless steel. The comfortable handle is equipped with an oak handle. The ground coffee containers supplied with the grinder are made of thick glass (and polymer) and hold 40 grams of coffee. The plastic used in production is 100% food safe.
