The pour-over dripper loved by competition baristas — now in sunny yellow.
The Origami Dripper is handmade in Japan from Mino-yaki porcelain, a ceramic tradition from Gifu Prefecture that goes back over 1,300 years. Its 20 deep folds let air escape freely around the filter, giving you a fast, even flow and a clean, sweet cup. It's become a favourite at the World Brewers Cup thanks to its versatility.
Why you'll love it
- ☕ Two drippers in one — use cone filters for a bright, clear cup, or flat-bottom Kalita Wave 155 filters for a rounder, sweeter brew
- 🌀 20 ribs — keep the filter off the walls for steady, controllable flow
- 🔥 Porcelain — holds heat well for stable brewing temperature
- 🎨 Beautiful on the counter — glossy yellow glaze, handmade in Japan
